Note: We do not knowingly target or collect information from anybody under 18 years of age. In fact, we restrict the use of our service to adults who are at least 18 years old. 2. About the information we collect from you

In order to offer you a better, personalised and relevant user experience, you authorise us to collect:


2.1 personal information (i.e. information that could be used to contact you directly (without using the Site) such as full name, postal address, phone number or email address), 


2.2 financial information such as credit card numbers or passwords  


2.3 demographic information is information that is neither personal nor financial information; this may include, but is not limited to, postal code, hometown, country, gender, username, age/birth date, profession, your skills, purchase history information, browsing history information, searching history information, registration history information, and the content of communications between you and other members over the Site,

Demographic can be: 

A.non-public info, which consists of purchase history information and  communications between you and other members of the Site; 

B.public info, which consists of all other demographic information. Apart from your full name, we ask you not to enter any  personal or financial information on your 'Profile', because if you do then it may be posted publicly on the Site, and the information will then be treated as 'demographic information' that is 'public information.’


2.4 And store your social media user ID or profile, when you use Facebook, Twitter, or any other social media platform account to sign in to Inspiralexchange.com,. If you connect your Inspiral Exchange account with your Social Media Platform account (i.e. to enable posting content from Inspiralexchange.com), we ask for your permission to collect certain information from your Social Media Platform account (such as the information in your profile).


2.5 "Cookies " are small pieces of information stored by your Internet browser on your computer's hard disk . Like most website providers, we use cookies and similar devices that allow us to recognize your browser and to provide personalized features to give you a better experience when you return to our website.

InSpiral Exchange uses sessions, which will store information in the server and will persist only during your interaction with InSpiral Exchange in other words, any information collected during your visit will disappear when you log-off.


2.8 About the Information our affiliates and third parties collect from you.

At InSpiral Exchange you may find links to other websites operated by other parties. Some of them may contain our brand names and trademarks and other intellectual property that we own; others may not. When you click on these links and visit these other websites, regardless of whether or not they contain our brand names, trademarks and other intellectual property, you need to be aware that these other websites are not controlled by us and are governed by their own Privacy Policies. 3. About how we use and share your personal info 

We use your information, including your email address to help us efficiently operate the site, to get in touch with you regarding your transactions and other activities on InSpiral Exchange (including, but not limited to, confirmation emails or important news that could affect your relationship with Inspiralexchange.com), and to forward messages on to you from other InSpiral Exchange members. These types of communications, are known as 'Operational Communications. and may contain marketing info, such as ads and special offers.


3.1 We may also send you newsletters, information, offers and other promotional materials for InSpiral Exchange or third parties' goods or services that we consider can bring value to you as a user. By creating  a profile on the site, you are opting in to receive such communications from InSpiral Exchange by email, mobile text messages and push notifications. 


3.2 By registering and/or purchasing, products or services offered or sponsored by third parties on the site, or electing to receive communications (such as emails or magazine subscriptions) or electing to participate in contests or other programs (such as discount or rewards programs), offered or sponsored by third parties on the site, you consent to our providing your personal information to those third parties. Those third parties may use your personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies. You will need to contact those third parties to instruct them directly regarding your preferences for the use of your personal information by them. 3.4   About how we use your Financial Information

We may use your financial information to check your qualifications, billing and to enable you to participate in discount and similar programs of your choice. By making a purchase, or engaging in any other kind of activity or transaction that uses financial information, on the site, you consent to our providing your financial information to our service providers and to such third parties as we determine are necessary to support and process your activities and transactions, as well as to your credit card issuer for their purposes.

Additionally, you agree that we may use and disclose all such information so submitted to such third parties in the same manner in which we are entitled to use and disclose any other information that you submit to us.


3.6 Your personal information or financial information may be passed on to a third party in the event of a transfer of ownership or assets, or a bankruptcy. We may also disclose personal information or financial information when we determine that such disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, to cooperate with law enforcement or to protect the interests or safety of inspiralexchange.com and other members of the site. 


3.7 We also may disclose your personal information or financial information with other affiliated legal entities and businesses with whom we are under common corporate control. Whenever personal information or financial information is disclosed under this paragraph, we may also disclose your demographic information along with it, on a non-anonymous basis. All of our affiliated legal entities and businesses that receive your personal information, financial information, or non-anonymous demographic information from us will comply with the terms of this privacy policy with respect to their use and disclosure of such information.



3.8 How We Use Public Information and Other Demographic Information

We may review all demographic information. We may use public information to enable other users to find your profile, to determine whether they are a match for you and to communicate with you. We may use demographic information to tailor the site and communications to your interests. We may also share demographic information with advertisers on an anonymous and aggregated basis (i.e., without telling the advertisers your identity). Please also be aware that when we disclose your financial information or personal information to a Co-Branded Company, as described above, we may also disclose to that Co-Branded Company your demographic information, other than the content of one-on-one communications between you and other members. Please also be aware that we may disclose your demographic information on a non-anonymous basis as described above in the paragraph titled 'Special Cases in which we Share Personal and Financial Information’.


3.9 Other Uses of Information


InSpiral Exchange may use your photographs, user names, feedback, and success stories that you share with us to further promote our services and bring even more high quality users onto our platform for you to meet and exchange with. We operate a community of professional, high-quality members and encourage you to participate in surveys, forums, or polls that benefit yourself, your peers, and our ability to deliver a great service. Your submissions to these may be shared with other users, in which case your profile may be linked with your submission. Aggregate results may be shared publicly. Confidential personal data is not shared with anyone and personal profile data is not shared publicly.  Please be careful not to expose your own confidential information when responding to surveys, forums, or polls.


4. Member communications, referrals and invites


By far, your personal referrals are the most important way for InSpiral Exchange to grow. We are incredibly thankful for your referrals and see each referral as an acknowledgement of the hard work we are putting in to make this service superior. We do not have access to, nor do we keep, any information including your referrals email.

5. Our Security Precautions

The site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. We encrypt all of your personal and financial information as it travels over the Internet and we store your financial information on our servers in encrypted form. Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computer networks which may be located outside of the state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction in which you reside, and the country or jurisdiction in which these computer networks are located may not have privacy laws as protective as the laws in your country or jurisdiction.  We always exercise reasonable care in providing secure transmission of information between your computer and our servers, but given that no information transmitted over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to us over the Internet and hence accept no liability for any unintentional disclosure.


5.1 Change of Information


You are expected to keep your information accurate and up to date. To change you information, you may click on “Edit” on your Profile page.

5.2 Changing our Privacy Policy for Previously Gathered Information

If at any point we decide to use particular personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email or by providing 30 days notice on the site. Please note that we will continue to have the right to change our privacy policy and practices, and how we use your personally identifiable information, without notice, provided that such changes shall only apply to information gathered on or after the date of the change. Your continued use of our service following changes in the privacy policy will demonstrate your acceptance of the updated policy.
